PANEL: Accelerating diversity and inclusion goals with a remote workforce
Date & Time
Wednesday, May 12, 2021, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Bev Attfield Aaron Barth, Ph.D. Jordan Walker Dean Delpeache

For organizations that have set out diversity, equality and inclusion (DE&I) goals or are beginning the process of building out DE&I initiatives, remote work can be a catalyst in accelerating these goals. Remote work can be a very effective tool in breaking down barriers related to location, disability, race, gender and sexual orientation. However, even with all of these opportunities to break down barriers, only the companies that are making their DE&I practices a priority across all levels will be successful in building a truly diverse and inclusive workplace.

Join this panel discussion to learn about the DE&I initiatives that you can action in the near term, as well as strategies to implement inclusive leadership behaviors to ensure diverse voices and stories are heard. Our panel of experts will also share best practices to help set a strong foundation for sourcing, recruiting, hiring, onboarding and retaining diverse remote talent in the future.
